Every application on five is an authentic video from a real person.

No ads.

We will never show you advertisements. No promoted listings, no sponsored results, no "featured" placements you can buy your way into. Roles are shown by recency, not by budget.

Your data is never sold.

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Not to recruiters, not to advertisers, not to data brokers. Your profile, your applications, your activity — none of it is for sale.

No training on your data.

Your pitches, applications, and profile information are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Your words stay your words. Period.

Data isn't kept beyond its purpose.

When you delete your account, your data is deleted. Not archived, not anonymized and kept, not moved to cold storage. Deleted. We retain only what's legally required and nothing more.

Every account on five is tied to a verified identity through secure authentication. We actively monitor for automated behavior and remove any account that isn't a real person. When you receive an application, it's an authentic video directly from the candidate — their face, their voice, their pitch.

No subscriptions. Ever.

There is no monthly plan. No annual contract. No auto-renewal. No premium tier. Job seekers get 20 free applies every week, resetting every Monday at 8am. High-fives and paid applies are 100% optional. Recruiters pay $5 per role, always. You pay only for what you use.

Free applies have a weekly cap. High-fives cost $1 — completely optional — and signal this is a dream job. Posting a role costs $5. These aren't paywalls — they're intent filters. When someone applies, they chose to. When someone high-fives, they really mean it. That small financial stake eliminates spam and guarantees every interaction is genuine.
